1 hour 50 minutes, but I wasn’t in the mood to do my fast walk. Just headed straight down Aurora and listened to the Slam audiobook.
Trying to figure out why my gtk-based apps just return with $? set to 57 on Cygwin.
1 hour 42 minutes from home to work. 20 days left to payday.
Since so many folks aren’t there now, all I still miss from WhitePages are the bus passes and the snack wall. I really miss those.
Now that I think of it, there’s more that I miss than bus passes and food, but you know - hungry and sore feet wins out in the near term.
No bus fare - walking time today was 1 hour 50 minutes from Green Lake to the International District.
21 days until my first paycheck is issued. This is gonna be a long wait.

Easter’s done, holiday season is over. 22 days until payday. Things are starting to look okay.
I have a laptop, a desktop, and enough change to ride the bus home. It’s a good day.

iMac is quiet for the moment. Now all I need to do is find a 60 gig (or so) hard drive for free. Right. 4 weeks to payday, only 4 weeks.
