How did LinkedIn job searches get worse?
Been learning some game dev libraries for fun and maybe profit. Idle curiosity, look them up on LI job search. Expected an empty list.
Got tuned-for-my-profile entries with no bearing on my search.

I feel more and more the urge to say “fuck it,” take a counter job somewhere, and just stick to writing the code I want to see in the world, during my spare time.
(at this point in my job search any worries about cut in pay or adjusting my lifestyle are a thing of the past)
but a relatively fat paycheck still sounds nice
