That particular brain block where you get stuck in a multi-hour loop convinced that copying and repasting the same three lines (with tiny variations) will fix the thing.
That loop is great for my symmetry drawings. Awful for productivity. And mental health TBH.

YouTube responds to the play/pause button, but so does my music player so for one bright shining moment this #Zettlr tutorial video had “Highway to the Danger Zone” for a soundtrack on my computer.
Having a rough brain day in a ADHD “everything triggers an alert response” way. It’s kind of exhausting. Not awful or bad, just draining.

Related to the day’s brain filtering malfunctioning: possible epiphany for why I usually live in the terminal. Fewer distractions, or at least the distractions have a more limited range of forms.
Switched to full screen terminal and the feeling of relief was palpable.
