I enlisted help from my friends on my social anxiety-type-thing and long story short I’m getting a dancing pole.
@thegibson oddly enough there’s a logic. If my anxiety is the same for n and n^10, addressing n^10 will apply more broadly than just addressing n.
Related: my mom got tired of me just dipping my toes in the pool & taught me to swim by throwing me in the pool.
One reason I bought a Note: therapy doodling accessible at all times. Did this #drawing during a brief escape from last night’s socializing.
