Beans are done soaking. Soon they will be soup.

Well, relatively soon.

I liked the idea to ban smoking in city parks until I saw it targets homeless. Most others smoke in/near home. But icky homeless I guess.

After 6 months of quietly chugging along, a feature request! Dusting off code for hobby project.

Somebody got ambitious. Those shoes have been hanging from the power line for eight years.

Down to the last half hour on the soup. Corn bead is in the oven.

Today’s epiphany: I can cook for myself instead of others. I can experiment. It can fail horribly. So what?

Course I prefer if it works.

Ten bean soup with basic veggies, cornbread. Initial taste pleases me. Calling dinner a success.
