Amused how my Fitbit weight graph looks like I’ve had these crazy fluctuations when it’s been the same five pound range for three months.

I’d be thoroughly demoralized if I only used the scale to track fitness. But in the time my weight stayed the same, I lost 3" from my waist.

I see many complaints about #MayDaySea interrupting people’s favorite shows. I can empathize with many concerns. Not that one.
