Last night it took me twenty minutes to remember the word “ukulele.” Finally had to search online for “instrument that looks like a tiny guitar.”

Skimming the 2.2 edition of “The Imposter’s Handbook” to get an idea of changes since 1.3, and thinking a Changelog section would be nice.

Sometimes it pays to revisit the beginner tutorial for a language to see what changed while you were buried in old code.

Writing an interactive bash script to streamline stuff and I’m not even drunk.

Allowed my disdain for existing social and economic structures be manipulated into reinforcing them.

Also I had some awesome baggy cutoffs that looked great with thermals.

So I wrote a thing in bash to minimize dependencies, and now realize what I wrote requires GNU Coreutils. Fiddly on my other machines.

I have more dependencies than I started with. Pretty sure that’s some sort of shell scripting axiom.
