Might as well share yesterday’s laundry day doodle while I’m at it. Very bright. I blame California.

I was already not buying anything on Prime Day(s) for budget reasons. It’d be poor form to pretend I’m boycotting.

But if you got the extra funds and choose not to spend it on Amazon the next couple days, you rock!

Friend’s getting into #python as her first programming language. Any suggestions for a novice dev environment (windows, lightweight)?

I suggested VS Code, but I come from vim so open to ideas from the more informed.

Oooh unfamiliar stuff! Shiny things! Must play – er i mean investigate.

A fully integrated work slack is a screaming toxic disco fire of notifications.

Oh and if you’re in an open office it’s not just your notifications.

Boss-type person: “So Brian what’s left on the ThingThangFwompGrrr tech spec?”

Me: “Uhhhh uhhhhhhhh WORDS HARD NEED COFFEE”

Sure I got work stuff done today but my biggest accomplishment was getting tmux to show ISO 8601 time in the status bar.
