so chemacs is kinda cool
Chemacs gave me a way to try out Doom Emacs without messing up my current Emacs settings.
Time to try out a whole bunch of others too.
Deidre's Juneuary Hat
Finished knitting a nice winter hat for the Missus. Right in time for summer. But at least she got a couple days where it was cool enough to wear the hat without sweating to death.
Working on Breadcrumbs
Starting a new job on Monday, which is pretty exciting. Also, figured out a whole bunch of breadcrumb and timeline stuff for the site, starting from a shortcode example I never noticed in the Hugo documents before.
Hoping I finish before I get all distracted on Monday.
Wanted a uses page, made a config section
All jealous of john sj anderson’s uses page. Started making my own. Decided it would be easier just to share my config. Might as well, since Hugo directly supports org content via go-org.
Anyways, time for music.
Not saying this is a good idea
One big window for VcXsrv. awesomewm for a window manager. Mainly to manage maximized Emacs. There are easier ways to edit files in Windows and WSL. But it renders prettier fonts than VcXsrv with floating windows, so I think I’ll keep it. After I fix all the hotkeys, of course.
