@riveck Well, my 2015 MBP would start wheezing connected to two QHD monitors, so odds are that’s right out.
There’s a thing called Displaylink that supposedly will let your macOS device support more monitors than in specs, but I haven’t felt like installing kernel exts just yet.
And I’m sufficiently content with the ultrawide that I likely won’t be looking at 4K any time soon, so no info from me on that.

@zkat I don’t know if it’s supposed to be like this, but yep that’s the way it has always been for me. Eventually less so.
It does produce a sizable endorphin rush when I finally get down something that looks kind of like what was in my head. So that keeps me trying.
