@maddiefuzz @colin@fed.uninsane.org yeah couple thoughts before bed:

  1. there’s limits to any individual’s possible contribution but there’s a cumulative effect from many individuals — “be the rust in their gears” is always applicable

  2. back when I took things more personal someone told me “if you don’t hear your name, don’t come running” and goodness did that stick in my head
