The pushy AF texts & emails — and just now a specifically unrequested phone call — she has received in response tells me all I need to know about Seattle’s property market right now.

Back with Loud Dog from the vet, where they removed the unwelcome chest cavity fluid, took some X-rays and suchlike for further info, and anyways the dog is moving and sounding much better.
She’ll be properly annoying us again in no time at all.
