The GOP’s been shitposting their way to success for over a decade now. Good to see Fetterman setting an example for the Democrats. The US needs better shitposting representation.
No it’s not legitimate debate but so much of our system is just getting your team to show up and their team to stay home. Most of the undecided stay home too, so you’ll get better returns on quality shitposting than on persuasive arguments.

“network arghitecture”
you ever make a typo that should be a thing?
hackers.town: 2022-11-09 Wed 11:07

I don’t fuss about frequent reminders to do a thing because sometimes it takes a few — ok several — gentle nudges for the brain to click from “should do” to “will do” to “doing now.”
And there’s a 30 second task done a month or two after the first “should do.”

@ryanschultz clear eyes are important. There are great things about the protocol and federated communities, but folks tend to turn way more than a blind eye to its downsides and the unhealthy patterns it can perpetuate.
