Woke up absolutely drenched in sweat and barely able to walk because apparently I didn’t move at all last night and my hips did not like that. OTOH I know longer have any vax-related aches. Woo hoo!

@chris I had to ponder the same. The countering thought: friend of mine got shingles and was down for about six weeks. Couple weeks with what he described as the worst pain he’d ever felt, a few more weeks to feel “okay.”
Oh and a few months to get his bodybuilding routine back to the level it had been.
A day of unpleasantness seems like a low price compared to that.

We have the privileged position of being able to hire lawn dudes.
But not enough to hire lawn dudes with a predictable schedule, such as not when @IamMrsGeek is in an important meeting.

I was so pleased when we were making enough to rent a house with a lawn and enough to hire someone to take care of our lawn. Nice for the executive dysfunction, you know?
I did not predict being annoyed about strangers on my lawn every 1-3 weeks.

@jamie @IamMrsGeek for a little while they were consistent enough that I could say sometime early in the week, probably Monday, probably afternoon.
Turned out that was just a phase. I honestly thought they were done for the year. The lawn was still crispy with frost!
