Given my habit of being on many social networks and sharing what I find on other social networks, guess I’ll follow the new Twitter TOS by editing my profile, deleting my tweets, disabling the forwarder, and setting twitter.com to 127.0.0.1 in /etc/hosts

Supposedly that policy change only covers accounts that exist primarily to promote other networks, but good luck convincing Twitter that your recent name change to “at fuck elon at twittersucksworsenow dot social” is just the most amazing coincidence and not promoting another network.
And more realistically, artist / music / crafter promotional accounts are really and properly screwed.

And this policy change can only be intended to reduce Twitter’s population to True Believers via attrition, as the rest get tired of repeatedly defending their repeatedly reported / autodetected links, and kill their accounts.

Was grumbling about inconsiderate fellow tourists. Started something like “fucking rich white people –” and uh hang on there.
I know – technically a mix and not “buy a social network so I can kill it” rich, but awful pasty and never could’ve imagined vacation in Hawai’i as a kid.
So uh yeah. Anyways. Stupid tourists–DAMMIT never mind

@WuMargaret Plus there’s something broken in every American mirror where we can’t see ourselves as poor – “inconvenienced millionaires” was Steinbeck’s line I think – or as rich, because there’s always someone with more.
