Folks don’t need #ADHD medication access to be any harder to get at than it already is. I gave up on Adderall about a month ago. Not because of side effects or efficacy. Not because I found a miracle fix. I did not.
Between regulations and insurer’s handling of those regs, it simply takes more executive function to maintain a prescription than I get from the meds.

Tried #TheMessenger but when I have a headache is not a good time to play extreme 8-bit nostalgia games with extremely 8-bit faithful soundtracks. Maybe some other day.
