Household update: Jumpy Dog played with Bouncy Dog for a few seconds rather than running away, Barry and Bouncy Dog have exchanged head bumps and kisses a couple times (Jumpy Dog is scandalized by Barry’s polyamorous feline ways), and Jack is still deciding between distaste and indifference for Bouncy Dog.

If I get a “this job you applied for was closed” or even some version of “we didn’t pick you,” and the sender isn’t no-reply@no-job-for-you.com (or whatever) I’ll send a “thanks for letting me know” reply because somebody actually took the time to hit send.

I’m not a big email person, but these days I feel like it’s important to acknowledge honest-to-god attempts at communication.

@camper_samu the less smart-ass version of that is that woof yeah it’s got some issues and it’s not as big as it was. But I’ve had fun, especially playing with modpacks, and that’s all I really care about in a game.
