Inspirations include Tor and IPFS, but not just Web proxy and no blockchain.
Some of the uses that wandered through my head watching the Defcon talk: chat, file sharing, distributed wiki (basically note sharing), game sessions.

Trying to install a thing with #Jruby on Windows failed with Permission denied - NUL which turned out to be my Temurin JDK. Had to adjust $JAVA_OPTS, which looks like this in #Nushell:
