Job descriptions’ expansive (yet still somehow noncommittal) DEI statements are triggering resumé-tuned job alerts.

i.e. they mention “the elderly” as a group encouraged to apply, which the job board logic registers as a geriatric medical tech gig, relevant to me because I worked for a biotech place.
