The buzzword soup variety of job description is unpleasant — where they drop every tech they use, have used, might use in the future, and saw once in a vlog — but when they don’t mention any tech at all that’s a little unnerving.

Eight job submissions with a couple tabs open for others when I get back from my appointment.

Glad my hyperfocus chose something that feels useful this morning.

“Do you…want to continue being a backend engineer?”

Hey whoa damn way to throw the existential questions at me on a Monday.

Rapidly diminishing returns when you’re trying to come up with decent cover letters and the jobs are starting to blur together.

But I got ten solid submissions today. I’m gonna call that good.
