Dinner tonight was seared NY steak with spicy (because of rice vinegar and some jalapeños) cucumber, celery, and cilantro salad.

@WuMargaret soaked in a dressing, and that made a difference for sure: rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar (I used stevia for family blood sugar reasons) and salt.

@CoralineAda I’m not sure I could be described as techno-optimist at any point since high school.
