Wrote a bunch of Go test helpers, was pleased with myself, thought for a couple seconds, found testify which had all the test helpers I just wrote and then some.
Now I’m twice as pleased with myself.

So it’s taken me a combined total of maybe ten hours to learn enough Go that I get annoyed when the LLM autocomplete interrupts my flow with a subpar suggestion.
On the positive side, I’ve learned enough Go to recognize subpar suggestions. Some of them anyways.
