Walking through parking lot from hotel room to main area for breakfast. About halfway through pass a couple getting in their car.
Hit the main door right as they pull up and park.
They drove maybe one hundred feet for a continental breakfast.
Maybe one of them has a hidden disability. But if I’m getting in a car for breakfast? I’m not stopping for a bagel and yogurt. I keep going until I find a diner.

Waiting for the room to fully wake up. Been ready to up and move for somewhere over four hours.

Saw a hand painted sign for “Adventures with Jesus” and brain immediately went “ok but we still need a DPS and a tank.”

Something I kinda wish kids today could experience:
when you rented a movie with a major twist at the climax and the tape was worn to the point of distortion at the same point of “what?! rewind that!”
There’s “most watched” or whatever on YouTube but it’s not the same as a shared moment etched into the pain of a VHS tape.
