Intermittent hardware issues with the desktop becoming more persistent, so I’m on the laptop until I figure out what to do about it.
And of course immediately noticing how much quieter M1 MBP is than full tower with GPU card.

PDF area highlighting in Heptabase is easy and pretty nifty – especially with being able to drag highlights onto your whiteboard.
Way easier for grabbing infographics off slides than my routine of screenshot, region, to clipboard, paste. Plus it’s still indexed in your workspace-wide highlights list.

Oh heck. i knew Trilium went into maintenance mode earlier this year, and that bummed me out. But there’s an officially blessed fork, already with half a dozen releases, code organization and library updates, and new features.
Note: Apple Silicon folks currently need to tell macOS it’s cool with: xattr -c /Applications/TriliumNext\ Notes.app
