Biggest quality of life improvement in Obsidian 1.8.x for me is that canvases are proper citizens. They have backlinks, show up in the graph view, and show up as linked mentions for the pages they contain.
I think there should be a special category besides “linked mention” but it’s a start, and something I can work with in post-processing.

I’ll see what I can come up with. Maybe look at my archived cheeky tweety tooty wails of despair & see if any would go well in panels and/or a shirt.
2025-09-25: @genehack said I could (should?) try a Get Your War On style of comic. The above was my response, and I’m pretty sure is the spark that led me to the windmill I’m currently tilting at regarding social media archives.
