Saw something about Vue.js for Lynx?

Really? For that most venerable of text-mode browsers? That would be an impressive accomplishment.

Oh, Lynx is just another Web framework? A React killer, you say? Boring. Never mind.

(and I don’t track React killers because as they say, “you can’t kill what’s already dead.”)

Not a huge fan of Internet that cuts out and resets a few times a week. Ah, the thrill of local broadband monopolies.

Need to use the fancy ergonomic keyboard a little more often, so the muscle memory adjusts after having swapped space and backspace.

There’s a special place in H E double hockey sticks for folks who set their site’s base font size to 16px.

I’m sure it’s fine on small displays, and I dunno it’s probably adjusted for in HiDPI displays.

But me in between @ 5120 x 1440 and preferences adjusted for steadily aging vision such that default font size is 20pt, or about 26px?

My eyes hurt.

Just don’t set base font size, or set it to 1rem if you must have a value.

I could grumble about aspects of CoreWeave as a former and akwardly brief employer – though really it’s the same grumbles as most startups just amped up beyond therapeutic levels – but TBH the “risk factors” section of their SEC filing shows why I was interested in working there in the first place.

They do their (fscking hectic) business with open eyes, way more cognizant of potential risks than your average tech business.
