You’re supposed to keep your resume updated even if you don’t have full brain for job hunting. Made a first pass at describing my current role.
Handled distribution of inmate purchases in a “close contact” role at assigned units on Tucson State Prison Complex. Acted as primary point of contact for customer purchases and support requests. Supervised inmate workers, collaboratively establishing workflow that emphasized safe, efficient, and friendly customer service within the constraints of a highly restricted and technologically constrained working environment.
Skills used: Customer Service, Systems Thinking
It’s a work in progress for sure. Trying to emphasize not just the duties, but how my brain’s chosen to tackle them.

There is (or is it “was” now?) the JAMstack. JavaScript, APIs, Markup.
A few years back I got cute and called my workflow “Damstack”: Database, APIs, Markup.
Then I looked at all the pages on my site sitting there as nodes in Obsidian and oh hey—
Database, APIs, Markup, Nodes: it’s a DAMNStack!
I should not be left unsupervised with computers.
