Took more work than it should have to make Alacritty my default terminal (faked a gnome-terminal script that launches it), but that’s the fun of Regolith leaning on Gnome I guess. Does make other stuff easier.
Tinytopia is not SimCity, but it’s what playing SimCity felt like the first time I played it.

Installing Regolith desktop over Pop OS once again because it ties in nicely with my GNOME settings and screwing over my upgrade path is fun.

Meetings start at 7am tomorrow. Good thing I only got about three and a half hours of sleep last night.

I dread the school levies that are about funding tech. Sure I love tech but it says here you need the money to renew licenses and all I wanna know is which particular licenses.
Not too pumped about funding surveillance / compliance tools, you know?
One last day of marathon onboarding for my replacement. Nokia’s making sure to get every last dollar of value out of my contract, that’s for sure.
Not complaining TBH beyond generic “ugh people.” Thinking how barebones my start was, and glad to make someone else’s better.
