I have ten tasks listed as priority:H in Taskwarrior. Sure that’s out of 127 pending, but that’s still too many “OMG DO IT NOW” items.
Need to do task triage today.

@onan I’m taking a more conservative version of that approach, aging out any task more than two years old, reevaluating anything more than six months old.

Installing languages on my system with asdf while sitting in the nu shell just because nu is cool but I also want to see if I can get stuff done there.
I found a bug-type situation but
WSL → fish → nu → iex → C-c out of iex ⇒ dead nu with “Resource temporarily unavailable”
is so clearly a “don’t do that” situation. All I’m doing is poking my shell to see where it hurts.
Downright giddy to have removed four clicks from an everyday process in the project app, thanks to pushing for and then implementing a tighter flow.
Course it took me three weeks to remove those four clicks. Thing about an everyday process is that it touches every bit of the code.
What is it about the Django documentation that’s not clicking? It’s all in there. There’s an index, table of contents, reading guide, text search.
Sorry I’m too busy being mad that billionaires exist to be mad about whether they went to space like they said they would.

Stuttering through what I’d been doing and what I planned to do. I just ended up sharing screen and showing my taskwarrior +Work list.
Honestly I might start doing it that way more often.
Someday figure out why my project tests take ~12 minutes in Pop OS, ~15 in WSL, ~19 in Manjaro. I muttered about this before, but don’t think I solved it.
Last night switched my Linux partition from Pop to Manjaro because uh I don’t know I just had to okay?
Anyways took the full morning but I’m being productive again.
The tests worked out how I expected them to.
Stepping through the use case worked out how I expected it to.
Need to savor this. These moments aren’t all that common.
