Holy frijoles but django and pandas and bokeh are a dangerously fun mix for the hyperfocus-inclined.
Be even more dangerous if I knew what I was doing, but everybody’s safe for a good long while.

Couple hours debugging and futzing around with a very confused headless Chrome in WSL, because I had set $DISPLAY in my shell init but hadn’t yet installed an X server.
So I haven’t fixed the bug but I’ve done a damn fine job refactoring its tests.

The number of posts about Django supposedly on a specific topic but spending 80% of their length building a whole dang app like it’s the introductory essay for a recipe.
Breaking out Jupyter for this one because sometimes you need more than a REPL, less than the full app, and org mode doesn’t make sense because you’re not writing a blog post.
