@hypolite I mean heck even growing up at least our family had the concept of “be nice or I’ll kick your butt.” It wasn’t a code of conduct but at least there was some kind of established consequence.
(for a project I’d hope for “kick you out” over “kick your butt” I’m just saying)

Got KWin + Rectangle properly tweaked for the preferred window layout flow. Somewhat pleased with myself.
That thing where you go to bed at 11, turn off lights by midnight, and by 1:15 you’re so wide awake you get out of bed hoping to avoid disturbing anyone.
Time for a little herbal tea I think.

le sigh
Insomnia would be pretty cool if you could be useful during that time you weren’t sleeping.

Sometimes the pun is simultaneously too easy and too niche.
Random urge to putter with #TriliumNotes this morning and heck that’s kinda fun.
Trilium Notes split between some JavaScript code to show a link preview and an example rendering of that preview

Noticed Bootstrap 4.x in sources when looking at the Trilium developer console. Bootstrap may be verbose (especially before 5.x) but it’s familiar. I know how to work with that!
Watched “Day Shift” and it was enjoyable but goodness it would be fun examining the subtext about unions. Uh. Text more than subtext really. Had to check if I was watching Amazon Prime for a second there.
Showing us gig work but calling it union. Interesting.

Even through headphones my ears perk up if I hear “Shel Silverstein.” I’ll ask for details later. Meanwhile, switching music.
Default browser giving me minor issues this morning and also for some reason the cats have decided that now is the time to check on recent desk rearrangements, leading to my presence in-meeting being slightly more entertaining than usual.

Though I greatly appreciate the cats and their efforts to help finish tidying my desk, shelf, and networking table, I kinda wish they’d wait until after my meeting.
Started playing some Joy Division but the cats aren’t ready for that apparently.

@masukomi somewhat. It’s a big shell — or an interesting language with a great REPL depending on how you want to look at it — so lots of the little-tool functionality is built-in.
For input without strict structure, it’s sort of like Perl where first you munge the input into something useful, then you use it.
Tweaked my Logseq base16 stylesheet more over the weekend. Thing about my brain is if I don’t switch it up routinely I’ll bounce. So this morning I added color from the espresso scheme.
Yay it’s not awful!
Not ready to be a theme yet, but getting closer.
