Rage induced hyperfocus is basically how/why I learned drawing, programming, juggling, and knitting.

I get so annoyed at not knowing some things that a switch goes off & sometimes stays that way for years.

Come to think of it I have two productive modes:

everything is on fire and the world is screaming but it’s cool i see the clear path
the world may as well be on fire because my brain won’t stop screaming at me until i finish this.

all else is puttering at best

Someone posts strident directives that everyone should/shouldn’t do a thing.
