Apparently nothing more confusing to Patreon than giving somebody a dollar because you like them.

Well. They also seem confused by accepting that dollar because you appreciate it.

I saved a Toot with #beorg and honest that’s awesome.

Including more info would be cool (not sure their Scheme supports that) but the fact that I can bookmark to my org files from anywhere? Pretty sweet.

On the dangers of multi-tasking:

Typed “shut the fuck up dog” in a task description, because that’s what I was saying at the moment, because Loud Dog was being Loud Dog.

@drskrzyk_ Emacs has slowly been taking up more of my brain space over the last few years.

First just for org notes, now also for editing md/rst blog posts, and occasionally even using it to write code.

Many quick edits are still easier in Vim though.

Still one of the best resources for understanding the general applicability of CSS, rather than impressive highly tweaked one-off projects.

As novelty accounts go this one is chef’s kiss

Don’t matter when you only hit one note if you’re hitting that note perfectly.

So anyways been catching up on the news and bad news we’re all going to die but hey trivia time:

“Why is Meteorological Spring Earlier on the West Coast Than For Much of the Nation?”

No, that’s not why we’re going to die. It’s just something cool.

Emacs is real nice for toddler-style “WHAT IS THIS? WHAT ABOUT THAT? WHY?” exploring.

“What’s this function right here?” “What about that variable?” “What happens when I hit that key?” “What are all the special keys right now?”
