@mwlucas @lilithsaintcrow in retrospect I enjoyed the RPG based on the books more than the books themselves.
Very similar with the Amber books / game.

Obsidian isn’t org mode but on the other hand Obsidian isn’t org mode.
Need to play with it a few more days to see if that’s okay for me.

@yojimbo That’s one of my thoughts as well. Foam is nearly the same idea, under MIT License. Rougher than Obsidian, and exists only as a VS Code extension. So trade-offs there too.
Each of these tools has their unique appeal, that’s for sure.

@yojimbo The price put my off of RoamResearch before I even tried it. I might check out the trial month, to at least see what everybody else is trying so hard to emulate.
