Converting Hugo shortcodes to Antlers partials. First I figure out the conversion, then maybe I script it.

@Ventronik Exactly. Maybe a little more finesse than that, since the weak link tests are over cosmetic details. If the failing test in this cleanup is about functionality, I fix the test.
