Trying to watch a tech video while this deploy runs but the speaker has HP books very visible on their shelf and I’m sad because I remember when I might have thought that was cute.

Getting a weird isolated error in one environment. Can’t identify it well enough to fix it because I configured error logging wrong.
So now I’m adding an “automatic config generation” phase to the deploy task to fix the config because of course I am.

Config generation is worth improving because it ain’t the first time I had to wrestle with that config, and streamlining helps with knowledge handoff later.

Halfway to implementing Ansible in this hodgepodge of scripts and config files (ok not really but it’s getting silly)
but why shoot for such a low goal let’s aim for an ad hoc, informally-specified, bug-ridden, slow implementation of half of common lisp
