Today is largely focused on cleaning up a single Django query. Cracking knuckles and pulling out Jupyter for this one.

I now have one less hard-coded SQL view with no dent in execution speed for our small data. Getting better at assembling Django queries than I was a year ago.
(all this because I had to add some stuff. It was either even gnarlier SQL view or convert & add subquery)
