So Dendron has functionality to import Markdown from other sources. Obsidian given as an example.

This is a feature I can abuse with enthusiasm.

When someone hands you a metaphor, think carefully about which descriptives you use from it.

Dendron’s hierarchical layout is nice, but its graceful handling of multi-vault is kind of a killer feature for me. Got everything in its bubble but it’s all the same workspace.

@vortex_egg and that’s just for local. They also use a concept called “seeds” where you basically import public vaults.

@vortex_egg I haven’t dug deep myself. Examples given are Dendron docs, tldr entries, AWS, XKCD comics. You can reference or embed in your own notes instead of copy and paste.

Sort of like embeddable http://devdocs.io for assembling documentation.
