I had a terrible idea – tangle Org config files w/o Emacs. So far Org::Parser (Perl) and Orgajs (JS) get me closest. Not sure how much I want to learn about the Unified.js ecosystem.
Sublime Org Extended gets close. An impressive org-like, but only tangles files 1:1 so far.

Or I could do a Markdown-config with Yarner, but that wants its own project when I just want to point at files. Also, Markdown.
