Tried drawing something that can be tiled, units too tidy for my tastes.

Adding frivolities like markdown-it-containers and shiki takes my Eleventy experiment’s build time from 4s to 16s but other JS-based SSGs I tried hit a 90s average time. Never even made it to frivolities.
Course, images are coming up and even Hugo gives me a ಠ_ಠ over those.

Getting a lot closer with the Eleventy port, but I’m starting to think I should give up on responsive images without a shortcode.
There’s a plugin, but so far it has not made things easier.
