I used “everything doesn’t have to be for everybody” in conversation yesterday for a different context and I guess my brain has latched onto the phrase.
@lilithsaintcrow was gonna say, if you like the practice, do it informal, highlighting the shortcomings of the official NaNoWriMo org every time you use the tag.
Somebody did that with Inktober years back and it raised my awareness, which I appreciated.

Parsing some structured text (because I decided it’s easier than untangling the code which generated this text) and getting an idea of the complexity and what granularity I should be thinking about by counting lines in each section.
A little #Nushell one-liner to examine the JSON output of my Perl script.
An hour after the first actual paycheck since January and I restarted my Obsidian Sync subscription (single vault because that’s all I need and it’s $24 annual w/early bird discount). In case you want to know which PKM systems I trust enough to give them money.
