In Ubuntu WSL. brew install neovim failing because #Homebrew can’t grab icu4c. SSL cert problem with pkg-containers.githubusercontent.com. If I try to open that in the browser I get a Fastly “unknown domain” error.
Been good enough with my job search log that I could confirm that yes indeed I just applied for a two-week old listing that matches this exact job title, description, and location I applied for two months ago.
This has no bearing on the org. I know folks do stuff like that. I’m just glad I wasn’t losing my mind. In this aspect.

Household update: Jumpy Dog played with Bouncy Dog for a few seconds rather than running away, Barry and Bouncy Dog have exchanged head bumps and kisses a couple times (Jumpy Dog is scandalized by Barry’s polyamorous feline ways), and Jack is still deciding between distaste and indifference for Bouncy Dog.

@IamMrsGeek Yah we’ll be keeping an eye on that for sure.
I get this vibe off Java #Minecraft that it’s like Emacs, in that you can completely transform the experience with mods but maybe a beginner should stick with defaults for a year or two to understand what the mods are adding.
Also they’re both hella chunky and clunky looking.

I’d add “critical thinking and information literacy,” especially to better analyze information presented to you in infographic or meme format. What did they include? What did they exclude? What biases do you see laid out before you? How many of them are deliberate and how many do you think are subconscious? Should you treat them differently?
