@mikaellundin I’ve worked at orgs with unlimited PTO before. It has an interesting psychological impact. What it worked out to is I didn’t panic about sick days but never took an actual vacation.
But those places were unlimited PTO from the start. I’m curious about what happens when introduced at a large established company.

It’s gonna take a bit for the dust to settle, but have no fear. Once AI becomes a core part of capitalism’s engine, we’re gonna have so many more bullshit jobs.
